Shipping

Holiday Shipping Effective November 4th 2023 - January 3rd 2024

At Awaken Relaxation we know how important our products are to your daily lives and do whatever it takes to get your package out as quickly as possible. During the holiday season transit times will be slower & we ask our customers to plan accordingly when choosing their shipping option. We strongly recommend ordering early, upgrading your usual shipping option & never leaving it to the last minute to restock your supply. 

Please Note: During the holiday season we expect transit times to fall toward the end of the following estimated shipping times: 

USPS Express: 1-2 Business Day Service*

USPS Priority: 2-5 Business Day Service*

USPS First Class: 2-7 Business Day Service*

UPS Ground: 2-7 Business Day Day Service (No Saturday Delivery)*

UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day Service (No Saturday Delivery)*

Fedex 3-Day: 3 Business Day Service (No Saturday Delivery)*

Fedex Express: 1 Business Day Service (No Saturday Delivery)*

(We will adjust these estimates as the holiday season progresses.)

For USPS Express, UPS/Fedex 2-Day & UPS/Fedex Overnight If your package fails to reach you on time we will issue the amount you spent on shipping as a credit toward a future order. We will not immediately reship your order until the relevant service has investigated your package & it has been deemed lost. 

*However, if the reason for the delayed arrival of your package is due to a weather related event, state of emergency or natural disaster these rules do not apply and Awaken Relaxation is not responsible for any delays.

Additionally for INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, we are not responsible for any issues with packages clearing Customs for any reason including but not limited to rejection/holding of the package.  Due to this policy we will not be able to refund and/or credit the account as Customs Agency decisions are out of our control.

We provide USPS Express, Priority and First Class shipping options at extremely reasonable prices. We offer FREE Priority Shipping for all orders over $89. We ship out orders every day other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Postal Holidays. If your order is placed by 11am EST Monday-Friday we will get your order shipped same-day 99.99% of the time. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

We know how frustrating shipping delays can be and we want you to order with full confidence. For all services, if your package ever takes more than 7 Business Days to arrive we will reship your package no questions asked. 

The only shipping options we offer with Saturday Delivery are from USPS services.

Please Note: if your package tracks as 'Delivered' we will be unable to reship. For Priority and Express shipping options please comment 'Signature' and we will happily add signature to your order at no additional cost. We reserve the right to add signature at our discretion for orders over $150.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, providing the products are legal in your area (it is the buyer's responsibility to check). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

At Awaken Relaxation we want to make your shopping experience as easy and hassle free as possible. Although we can't always rely on the USPS we will do what it takes to make every order a success and leave you satisfied :)


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and gift cards directly through our website. If you would like to pay by cash, check, Venmo, or Google Wallet or are interested in any other payment methods please let us know and we will provide you with the relevant information. Please note that cash and check will result in a delay to your order shipping out.
